L\u2019essor des boissons exotiques au XVIII<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle&nbsp;\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On y apprenait que le chocolat fut introduit en France via l\u2019Espagne, gr\u00e2ce notamment au mariage d\u2019Anne d\u2019Autriche avec Louis XIII en 1615.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les missionnaires et conquistadors espagnols l\u2019avaient d\u00e9couvert au XVI<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle au Mexique. Mayas, Tolt\u00e8ques et Azt\u00e8ques cultivaient le cacao, qui occupait une place centrale dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie puisque les f\u00e8ves servaient de monnaie, mais aussi dans la consommation et les rites. On d\u00e9laye des b\u00e2tons de p\u00e2te de chocolat avec de l\u2019eau ou du lait, en y ajoutant sucre et \u00e9pices (vanille, ambre, musc\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et consomm\u00e9 dans de remarquables pi\u00e8ces de c\u00e9ramique ou d\u2019orf\u00e8vrerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9moignent cette chocolati\u00e8re, ce moussoir et cette grande cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la naissance du Dauphin, il comprenait \u00e9galement un moulin, des bo\u00eetes, une passoire, un entonnoir, une sonnette, un pot \u00e0 cr\u00e8me, une pince \u00e0 sucre, des
