Eh oui, pour d\u00e9signer le r\u00e9ceptacle floral, ce que nous appelons d\u00e9sormais fond ou c\u0153ur, on a longtemps dit \u00ab cul d\u2019artichaut \u00bb, comme s\u2019en \u00e9meut encore Voltaire dans son Discours aux Welches<\/em> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab On vous a d\u00e9j\u00e0 reproch\u00e9 de dire un bras de rivi\u00e8re<\/em>, un bras de mer<\/em>, un cul d’artichaut<\/em>, un cul-de-lampe<\/em>, un cul-de-sac<\/em>. \u00c0 peine vous permettez-vous de parler d’un vrai cul devant des matrones respectables ; et cependant vous n’employez point d’autre expression pour signifier des choses auxquelles un cul n’a nul rapport. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
