Pourtant tous les th\u00e9s proviennent du m\u00eame arbre : le th\u00e9ier, ou Camellia Sinensis<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce sont le traitement des feuilles et leur degr\u00e9 d\u2019oxydation qui donnent naissance \u00e0 des nuances, des parfums et des caract\u00e8res si diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Th\u00e9 vert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le th\u00e9 vert est obtenu \u00e0 partir de feuilles rapidement chauff\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la cueillette afin d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019oxydation.
R\u00e9sultat : une liqueur souvent jaune p\u00e2le \u00e0 vert tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ses saveurs \u00e9voquent l\u2019herbe fra\u00eeche, les l\u00e9gumes verts ou parfois des notes marines.

R\u00e9duit en poudre puis fouett\u00e9 dans l\u2019eau chaude, il devient le matcha<\/a>, ce breuvage au vert intense, d\u00e9sormais tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode.<\/p>\n\n\n

Th\u00e9 noir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Contrairement au th\u00e9 vert, le th\u00e9 noir est enti\u00e8rement oxyd\u00e9.
Ce processus assombrit les feuilles et donne \u00e0 l\u2019infusion une teinte allant du rouge profond au brun fonc\u00e9. En Chine, on le nomme d\u2019ailleurs \u00ab\u00a0th\u00e9 rouge\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le th\u00e9 blanc est le moins transform\u00e9 de tous.
R\u00e9colt\u00e9 au moment o\u00f9 le bourgeon commence \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir, il est simplement s\u00e9ch\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air libre, ce qui lui donne ses reflets argent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n

Sa liqueur est tr\u00e8s claire, presque translucide, avec de d\u00e9licates nuances dor\u00e9es.

Th\u00e9 oolong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9galement appel\u00e9 th\u00e9 bleu, le oolong se situe entre le th\u00e9 vert et le th\u00e9 noir en mati\u00e8re d\u2019oxydation.
Selon sa transformation, sa couleur peut varier du jaune dor\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ambre profond.<\/p>\n\n\n

Les th\u00e9s sombres, dont le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pu-erh \u2014 du nom d\u2019une ville du Yunnan \u2014 subissent une fermentation apr\u00e8s oxydation.
Ils proviennent d\u2019une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique du th\u00e9ier : le th\u00e9ier d\u2019Assam.<\/p>\n\n\n
